The 30/60/90 Day Experience

Our mature internship training and development system was created to help you learn and build upon your strengths, embrace your passions, and develop new hands-on skills.

First 30 Days:

You will be trained to do basic accounting and administrative tasks to better understand accounting firm operations. These tasks include data entry, bank reconciliations, organizing workpapers for accountants to prepare tax returns and data analysis.

30-60 Days:

You will conduct research for team members on hot topics, handle individual tax returns projects as a preparer, call IRS and state/local governments, and independently do monthly bookkeeping for small businesses instead of just a basic bank reconciliation.
