2019 Individual Tax Organizer & Spreadsheets

Compile information for your individual tax return with ease using our 2019 Tax Organizer and Spreadsheets. Completing the Tax Organizer will help you avoid overlooking important information and contribute to an efficient preparation of your tax returns. On this page you will find:

Returning clients may request a Tax Organizer with data pre-populated from the previous tax year. That document, however, will not be digitally fillable — it will need to be completed by hand.

Instructions for Completing the Tax Organizer

The Tax Organizer is a fillable PDF. Depending on your web browser settings, the PDF may preview in your browser with options to download / print, OR you may be prompted to download the file immediately without previewing. In either case, you should download the file to complete and save on your computer. (Do not complete the form in your web browser.) You may also print the form and complete by hand if you prefer.

Please complete Pages 1 and 2 of the Tax Organizer; use Page 3 as a guide for what income documents to send us; and complete Pages 4 and 5. (If you need more space, please compile your overflow information on a separate sheet.)
